I liked the book as the 4th read of the Harry Irons series. However I did not like the confusion introduced by calling the monstrous creatures " kitzloc". The kitzloc that I was earlier introduced to were intelligent alien creatures much different than those so named in Jennings Folly. Other than that it was an interesting exposé of the character of Jennings and his daughter - post the real kitzloc experience.Now what book may come incorporating Jennings' daughter and Harry's son? Hope the kitzloc issue is resolved.

love all the books from the Harry Irons Series, read them all and I could not stop. You will want to read them all from the beginning
Great read. Enjoyed the Expected "tounge in cheek" Iron's character. Very good read. I recommend it to all SiFi lover's.
THIS was a great book to read, and if you like Science Fiction as I do you will enjoy this book. I highly recommend reading this book. You will enjoy it as well if you read the series.
Thomas Stone is rapidly becoming one of my favorite authors. "Jennings' Folly" is extremely well done. A stand-alone novel such as this one is a rare find with all of the formulaic sci-fi that is out there now.
Very nicely done sequel to Harry Irons Trilogy. As seen through the eyes of a small child up to her teenage years. Lots of action and drama. Loved it.
For full disclosure, I originally got this book for free directly from the author, but as soon as I finished it I came back to and actually paid for it. Yes, I enjoyed it that much. If you are someone who enjoyed Heinlein as a kid, Jennings' Folly will not disappoint you. Though it's an extension of the Harry Irons series, the book reads by itself just fine. I sure hope there are sequels.
